Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is often seen as affecting only children, which couldn't be farther from the truth! ADHD is believed to affect over 2 million people in the UK alone, most of whom are undiagnosed and unaware of their condition.

Coaching for ADHD

If you have ADHD, especially if it is undiagnosed, then you may wonder why your performance can be so inconsistent. You may have times where you are able to focus intently on one thing, and others where you are distracted by everything, or chop and change what you are doing without following through. You might have anger issues, or general difficulty staying on top of your emotions. You might be a 'workaholic' and always on the go, or be one of life's procrastinators, only able to deal with a situation when it's right on top of you, or you might swing between these extremes. You might suffer from poor working memory, difficulty organising and planning ahead, and following through on the big ideas you have.

Coaching can help you define your values, engage your capacity for creative problem-solving and help you to gain balance in your life, so that you can be the calm within the storm.

Please note that I cannot 'diagnose' ADHD, although if you believe you have ADHD-like traits, you may well benefit from coaching targeted in this area.
